The top two diagrams below show the difference between a single wall house and a double wall house. Building codes do not permit single wall houses anymore but there are thousands of these structures throughout Hawaii. We install hurricane/wind connectors on existing houses that do not currently have them saving homeowners on insurance premiums, we also fabricate window sills, water tables, sash widows, and bottom plates. We also level single wall homes.
